It is normally necessary for written permission to be obtained in advance from the publisher. However, this CD-ROM is designed to create tests that can be edited in a word-processing application and printed, copied and distributed in class in paper format. An individual teacher is therefore permitted to make paper copies of the tests for use within his or her own classroom.
