Betrayal. Chaos. Destruction.

Love cuts deep, its sting violent. Harsh and tragic and devastating.

It weakens and pollutes, tainting even the purest of souls until nothing remains but char and ash.

Intentions are muddied, thoughts and feelings unclear. Disjointed ideas and fragmented ideals. Confusion rife and minds warped. Armies surviving in the shadows, using the cover of darkness to try and rebuild.

Swallows are forever.
