Earthlings insist that Martians are subspecies because, if humans go extinct on Earth, there will still be Homo sapiens on space stations, Mars, the Moon, the Venus orbital complex, and distant planets, and in that way, humans will not go extinct as species.
I wish they would try harder to keep humans alive on Earth.
