The truth is that no country is in a position to lecture others regarding racial discrimination or, for that matter, regarding educational justice. For centuries, people of different ethno-racial origins have lived almost without contact with each other except through the intermediary of military domination or slaveholding and colonial relations. The fact that recently we have for some years been cohabiting within the same political communities constitutes a major advance in civilization.
