When I first opened this book I thought I’d never be able to manage it. More than 600 pages of technical English! Nevertheless, I had no difficulty reading it - the book has a very readable structure.

It means once read, the reader will see how the process was set up in twenty eight projects, both successful and not. The book also contains some pretty text markup elements such as the highlighting of good points, lessons and tips.
