Премия Макавити (The Macavity Awards) - американская литературная премия для писателей детективного жанра.

Премия названа в честь кота из произведений американо-английского поэта, драматурга и литературного критика Томаса Эллиота.

Выдвижение номинантов на получение премии, а также выбор Лауреатов осуществляется членами общества Mystery Readers International.

Премия вручается ежегодно с 1987 года в четырех номинациях:
Лучший детективный роман (Best Mystery Novel)
Лучший дебютный детектив (Best First Mystery)
Лучший документальный роман (Best Nonfiction)
Лучший рассказ (Best Short Story)

С 2006 года новая награда Сью Федер Историческая Тайна (Sue Feder Historical Mystery Award) была предоставлена в сочетании с премией Макавити (The Macavity Awards).

Премия вручается ежегодно в США журналом "Mystery Readers" - официальным периодическим изданием открытого общества Mystery Readers International.
