Der Brite Jonathan Clements ist multiversierter Autor und Drehbuchschreiber. Er hat zahlreiche Bücher geschrieben, darunter Biografien von Marco Polo und Konfuzius. Seine Themen reichen von der Geschichte der Seidenstraße bis zu den Wikingern. Bis jetzt wurden seine Werke in über ein Dutzend Sprachen übersetzt.
