Travailleur a la mine, le jeune Pazu reve de decouvrir Laputa, le chateau volant que son defunt pere avait apercu dans le ciel avant de mourir. Or, Pazu secourt un jour Sheeta, une jeune fille tombee… du ciel !
Poursuivie tant par les pirates que par les militaires, Sheeta aura besoin de toute l’aide de Pazu pour esperer leur echapper. Car s’il y a bien une chose qui ne doit pas tomber entre leurs mains, c’est la pierre volante qu’elle porte autour du cou…

Ashitaka, jeune descendant de guerriers Emishi, est voué à devenir le chef de son clan. Mais lorsqu’une créature monstrueuse attaque son village et le blesse mortellement, Ashitaka est contraint de partir en quête d’un remède. Aux abords d’une gigantesque forêt où des animaux livrent une guerre sans merci aux humains des environs, Ashitaka rencontre San, une jeune femme élevée par les loups qui voue une haine féroce aux humains. Un lien très fort commence à les unir, au moment où la guerre prend un tournant irrémédiable et tragique...

Voici le récit complet du film Totoro, montage en BD des images du film éponyme à la manière du roman-photo. On y retrouve la famille Kusakabe, arrivant à la campagne et s’installant dans une maison bucolique près de laquelle s’élève un arbre immense.
