Rankiem 26 grudnia 2004 roku Sonali Deraniyagala straciła rodziców, męża i dwóch synków w tsunami, które uderzyło w południowe wybrzeże Sri Lanki. Ona sama cudem przeżyła wielką falę. In this brave and searingly frank memoir, she describes those first horrifying moments and her long journey since.
