О премии

Премия «Kindle Storyteller» — это международная литературная премия в размере 20 000 фунтов стерлингов, присуждаемая за выдающиеся произведения.

Награда присуждается с 2017 года американской корпорацией Amazon (Amazon.com, Inc.), крупнейшей в мире на рынках платформ электронной коммерции и публично-облачных вычислений по выручке и рыночной капитализации.

Премия открыта для писателей старше 18 лет со всего мира, публикующихся на английском языке в любом жанре. Существует одно условие - работы должны быть опубликованы через платформу Kindle Direct Publishing. Книга должна быть ранее неопубликованной. Заявки на участие в конкурсе подаются с 1 мая по 31 августа.

Важную роль в выборе победителя играют читатели, которым помогает жюри, в которое входят различные эксперты книжной индустрии.

Осенью определяется один обладатель Главного приза. Каждый финалист получает устройство для чтения электронных книг Kindle Oasis.
